What is The Alfresco Spa?

​

The Alfresco Spa is a paradise nestled next to a body of water where you can unwind in the great out doors.

​

The spa consists of 5 outdoor natural wood hot tubs, a wood burning sauna, warm showers and changing spaces, with a cafe on site serving healthy food and drinks. Our new site has multiple spaces to enjoy.

​

• The Quiet Field for cloud gazing and meditation

 

With no passing throngs of festival goers, fairground rides or jolly screams of jubilant children, you can truly let your hair down and lush out in nature.

As we move through 2024 our well being program will be offering yoga workshops, breathwork, sound baths and massage therapy. Beyond this we also want to bring an element of fun and learning to the Spa in order to further grow our education and connection with humanity and nature so throughout the year we will be offering a variety of workshops and classes from photography to mandala and life drawing right through to foraging and outdoor cooking classes.

Who Are We?

​

The Alfresco Spa is run by a team who started working at festivals and parties in 2009. Building and hosting events up and down the country we have been lucky enough to be part of some of the world’s greatest shows. Years of gathering skills, ideas and experience and applying these into one concentrated recipe for joy.

 

In 2017 we began offering outdoor hot tub experiences at festivals, operating successfully until 2020 when the entire events industry ground to a halt. The business ceased, people went their separate ways and the tubs went into storage.

​

After a two year hiatus we started to receive some phone calls from old clients inviting us back to pick up where we left off. By April '22 there were three festivals booked and in June we were lucky enough to find a beautiful pop up site in the South West. This was a chance for a new beginning and to choose a different more grounded space for the tubs.

​

The spa has been fortunate enough to attend two festivals on this site since 2022 and on the first visit here we knew straight away that this is where we wanted our home to be.

​

The new site for 2024 is the project's first permanent home, using over 15 years of event experience we are excited to be creating and curating a space where we will be inviting you to unwind, put your feet up and reconnect with nature in one of the most relaxing ways possible.

Where are We?

​

The venue is on a farm in Silverstone situated within reach of 4 counties. Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

​

We have parking available but also will reward anyone who cycles to us with a free juice on arrival!
